Lead Installer
Working closely with members across the organization, this individual will have the opportunity to achieve their potential by leading a crew on a large delivery and installation of product. The Lead Installer is one of the last points of contact for the customer in the installation process and contributes to the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for knowing what equipment is needed and getting it to and from the job site. You will also interface with customers and check the crew in and out each day. Additionally, you will supervise and delegate work, follow up to ensure work is completed, and handle any issues.
Responsibilities
Manage crews of 4-10 installers, including field measurements and site evaluations
Take responsibility for job results, including client sign-off and punch list
Account for hours spent on the job
Ensure all product, tools, and equipment is loaded onto vehicle
Ensure paperwork is filled out properly and turned in to the appropriate Project Coordinator
Qualifications
1+ years in an off-site crew lead / field supervisory role
2+ years of installation experience and loading / unloading trucks, preferably moving and installing office furniture
Ability to judge how much equipment is needed and manage parts pulled from warehouse
Understand the installation scope of work and processes
Capable of reading blueprints and understanding product specifications
Skilled at installation and understands how to use basic power tools
Can safely and comfortably drive company vehicles up to 26’ in length
Valid driver’s license
Must have a working cell phone
Ability to meet background check requirements and pass drug screens
Must have hand and power tools required for the job
Day, evening, and weekend availability required
Ability to understand and speak English fluently
Good attitude and work ethic
